Morgon “Cuvée Tradition” :
Bottled after a year’s oak barrel maturing, this wine dons a dark garnet robe and gives of ripe fruit aromas. It boasts a well-built body that is well balanced by the refined silky tannins that are released by the wood. Enjoy it ‘chambré’, with red meat, game, dishes simmered in sauce or cheese.
